If you want your dog locked up in a crate all day, this is the perfect daycare/boarding place for you. I had this experience a while back and I've heard it from others and employees of Woof have confirmed it! Such a shame they pop up as the first option in the area but that's because they pay for google ads. Maybe they are good groomers, but they are terrible for day care and boarding.

The reviews for this establishment seem to be fairly decent. However, I did not have a good experience with them. I took my mini schnauzer in to be groomed for the very first time by a "professional" and I showed him (Jim) a picture of how I wanted her to look.... He said that he was able to do the Asian Fusion style. Now, I understand that my dog would not look exactly like the picture, the same way that your hair might not come out the same way as the picture you show to your hair stylist or barber.... I was not expecting the majority of her hair around her snout to be cut down so short . All you have to do is explain that to the customer, so that they don't have questions afterwards and when they do have questions, those questions should be answered and not IGNORED and that's exactly what happened! TWO WEEKS went by and several phone calls and I was told that I would receive a return call from Jim so that he could answer my questions and also explain to me why he cut my dogs eyelashes!! This is no way to treat your customers and if this is how you treat your customers, I hate to think how you treat those animals when they're in that grooming barn where no one can see them!

If you’re looking for reliable service DONT go here for grooming. I have been taking my dog here for about a year and a half to see groomer Morgan and have struggled to obtain reliable service. Appointments are cancelled either day of or day before always for some other excuse. This year alone (2023) she and the company followed through with 1 scheduled appointment on time. I will reiterate - if you need reliable service, do NOT make an appointment here. In perspective, if I book an appointment once a month and so far this year most of them have been canceled or rescheduled, it makes you question what appointments she will show up for.

I have been a faithful customer of one of the groomers at Woof for a long time. My dog came back from grooming with an injury. He was unable to walk up the stairs or jump up on the couch without yelping in pain. He couldn’t even walk up the stairs to get into the house. The amount of pain that he was in and his inability to walk up the stairs, etc. resulted in a visit to the vet, I called and asked to speak to the manager/owner and they never called me back! I received a phone call from a young woman instead , as she called to “check up on him” and the groomer stated that she didn’t notice anything wrong with him ( although a member of the woof staff carried him to the car, not their usual, practice,). They also raised their cat grooming prices by nearly 80%. When I asked the girl at the desk, why such a large increase she responded with “we are the only cat groomers in the area”. Way to price gouge your customers Woof! Just an FYI… they are not the only cat groomers in area!
